📄 Returns, Warranty and Refund Policy
1. Nature of Personalized Products
All our products are personalized and made to order, which means they cannot be resold.
For this reason, we do not accept returns due to change of mind.
2. 90-Day Warranty
We offer a 90-day warranty from the date the order is received, covering only issues attributable to our company.
3. What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers the following cases:
- Defective products or manufacturing faults
- Products damaged during shipping
- Receiving an incorrect product
- Personalization errors when the final result does not match the information provided by the customer
4. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Errors entered by the customer during personalization (names, dates, texts, etc.)
- Spelling mistakes or incorrect information provided by the customer
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences or subjective expectations
👉 Personalization is carried out exactly according to the information entered by the customer at the time of purchase.
5. Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
According to European Union regulations, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to personalized products.
6. Claims
If you detect any issue with your order, you must contact us within a maximum of 72 hours from receiving the order.

7. Resolution
Once the issue has been verified, we reserve the right to offer one of the following solutions:
- Sending a replacement product at no additional cost
- Full or partial refund

8. Refunds

- It will be processed within up to 10 business days
- It will be issued using the original payment method
- The time required to receive the refund may depend on the bank or payment provider
